Because we are a collection of diverse individuals, we all have slightly different values relating to how we go about serving Christ. Our vision is to be a community where all people are loved and accepted in the name of Jesus Christ. At Crossroads our ministries will include such things as small groups, spiritual maturity, etc. To introduce the lost to Jesus Christ and to guide them toward community, men, women, youth, children, outreach, and full participation in the life of the church. What we value will be carried out in our ministries. The values we share show us what Crossroads Community Church stands for, what our focus is, and what we believe in. Everything we do must withstand the scrutiny of our Values. However, certain common values unify our efforts and define our unique characteristics. Together, those in our community, we will strive to share the Good News of Christ with those who attend our church, using the Spiritual Gifts given to us by God, in obedience to Christ, and throughout the world.
